Tips to fight aging

  • Walk for 30 min a day, at least 4 days in a week
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Perform Physical activities like exercise, yoga etc., which have ability to metabolize glucose
  • If you are a working employee, have an occasional break during work hours from your desk and make little stretching
  • Maintain healthy body and mind will you keep you young
