Tips to fight aging
- Walk for 30 min a day, at least 4 days in a week
- Avoid alcohol
- Perform Physical activities like exercise, yoga etc., which have ability to metabolize glucose
- If you are a working employee, have an occasional break during work hours from your desk and make little stretching
- Maintain healthy body and mind will you keep you young
