Every human being face depression in their life at any point of time.

First find what things you get unhappied and what time in a day your mind strikes with those things?

Tips to reduce depression:

  • Dehydration may be one reason for unintentional depression – Get plenty of water, specially when your mind into sad feeling.
  • Fill your plate with good minerals, vitamins and proteins which provides you active mind.
  • Write unhappy moment points on notes and think of where was the actual problem of it.
  • Telugu proverb “Mulluni Mulluthone thiyali” which means thorns to be taken away with thorns. – It indicates that you may get depressed but make a particular time in a day to worry, continue those all unhappy thoughts at particular time every day, that gives you boost to forget and provides you lighter feeling.
