BENEFITS OF TOMATO

Benefits of Tomato:

As we know, Tomato contains Vitamins (A, B1, B3, B6, C, E, K),  Minerals (Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, Phosphorous) and lycopene.

I heard from many Elders surrounding me that tomato can provide a glow to your skin, refine the blood, and many more. It works not only for providing beauty externally but also internal refining the blood.

Of course, some scientific studies which have been studied in articles, newspapers revealed that tomato has good health benefits.

Few benefits of tomato heard from elders surrounding me are:

  • Tomato juice can glow your skin by refining the blood.
  • Tomato works well for health because it contains many vitamins and minerals.
  • Tomato controls your weight if you take tomato as a soup before meals.
  • Apply tomato pulp along with milk to face can glow your skin.
  • Tomato works well as an ANTIOXIDANT.
