SOLUTION FOR ACNE (PIMPLES)

Acne
Acne is one of the utmost common skin problems for every human being in their life, especially in adolescence and may also suffer between the twenties and forties. We all believe that no treatment works, Acne vanishes by itself. Such psychological feeling has set in our mind.
Acne development:
The sebaceous glands present in skin attaches to hair follicles and secrete an oily fluid substance, usually called sebum which softens and lubricate the hair and skin. When pores and hair follicles come to be plugged with the sebum along with backed up material like dead skin cells, debris and bacteria, Whiteheads and/or blackheads may be spotted on the skin.
If the backed up material irritates surrounding tissues and causes inflammation, redness, those will be spotted as pimples. In acute cases, acne, cysts may be developed this is the treatment needed case.
Causes for Acne:
Hormones: At adolescence, more hormone androgen type produces which leads to producing more sebum by enlarging the sebaceous glands.
Hereditary may also the reason for Acne. The activity and size of the sebaceous glands have an effect in Hereditary which means acne development increases when larger and active glands.
Bacteria can also be the one reason for Acne.
Self-care:
Washing the face about 2-3 times in a day with a warm water and mild soap
Avoid more sweat producing tight fitting clothes.
Avoid chocolates, colas.
If you have oily skin, more self-care required than others.
Avoid cosmetics which are not suitable for your skin.
Don’t squeeze the pimples, this will cause infection.
